Pizza Crust

I don't have a bread machine or stand mixer, so the directions are for a handmade crust! Makes a 16" pizza crust.
 Dough after being kneaded (sorry for the bad picture!):

Spread out on pizza pan:

1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-2.5 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Mix water, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl. Add yeast and 2 cups of flour. Mix together until a soft dough forms. If too sticky, add more flour. Knead gently for a few minutes. Dough should be smooth and elastic.

Butter a 16 inch round pizza pan. Using buttery fingers, spread dough out evenly.
